How much does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because the price follows your business, not a fixed list. Three things set it: the size of the business, the number of sites, and the scope of the diagnostic. Every step has a fixed price written before we start, so there are no open-ended hours and no surprises. You learn the price on the same day as the fit call, in writing, in the order form. The self-assessment and the call are free, with no obligation.
Who do you work with?
Owner-run businesses with 10 to 100 employees and at least two branches, sites or teams. We are based in Hail and work remotely across the Kingdom.
What happens on the fit call?
20 minutes. You tell us what bothers you most, we ask about size, sites and data, and we tell you plainly whether we are right for you. If we are, you receive a summary and an order form with the price on the same day. If we are not, we tell you what would suit you.
What happens to my self-assessment answers?
The result is calculated in your browser and your answers are not sent to us. We only count that an assessment was completed and which link it came from, with no data about you. If you ask us to email you the result, your answers are sent temporarily to compute the result, and we keep your email and your result only, not your answers.
How are you different from large consulting firms?
We work with owner-run businesses, with a defined offer: one area, a written duration, a fixed price and a one-page output. No long slide decks, no open-ended hours.
Do you implement, or only recommend?
In the diagnostic we deliver three actionable steps, each with a person responsible and a date. In the Improvement Path we carry out one process with your team until its effect is measured. In the Companion we review with you every month.
What if you are late?
If we miss the written deadline, we refund the fee in full; if you find a step that cannot be carried out, we rewrite it once at no charge, on the terms written in our General Terms.
These include that the count starts from our written confirmation that the data is complete, and moves by any delay in the data.
Who will work on our business?
The person you speak to on the fit call is responsible for your work until handover, and does not pass it to anyone else.
How do you protect our data?
We destroy your business data after the work ends or whenever you ask, and specify the period in the project agreement.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Calls and sessions are remote, and we use four tools you already know: WhatsApp, the booking page, the shared folder and Excel. If the diagnostic needs a visit, we agree it in writing.
Which sectors do you work in?
Owner-run businesses in many sectors: restaurants and cafés, retail, workshops, contracting, small factories, private schools and others. On the fit call we check for any conflict of interest before accepting the work.
