Our two guarantees

If we miss the written deadline, we refund the fee in full; if you find a step that cannot be carried out, we rewrite it once at no charge, on the terms written in our General Terms.

Conditions of the guarantees

The full terms are sent with the order form. These are the main conditions of the guarantees:

• The count starts from our written confirmation that the data is complete.
• If data is delayed on your side, the deadline moves by the same amount.
• If we miss the written deadline, we refund the fee in full.
• The rewrite is done once, within 5 working days of your request.
