How to file

Email hello@manzilatdarb.com with the subject "Complaint", or send a WhatsApp message starting with "Complaint". Include the business name, what happened and what you are asking for.

When we reply

We confirm receipt within 3 working days and give you our decision in writing within 10 working days.

If it is not resolved

You may take it to the Ministry of Commerce through the "Balagh Tijari" platform or on 1900.
